Hitchhiker Brewing is looking for a part time Server to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, good vibes and high attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Duties

• All aspects of bartending responsibilities
• Greet guests, provide beer recommendations, and answer questions about Hitchhiker’s products
• Maintain a clean and organized taproom, including tables, bar area, and service stations
• Process payments through the POS system and handle cash responsibly
• Support taproom operations including restocking supplies, changing kegs as needed, and assisting with to-go sales
• Monitor guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with PA laws.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with fellow staff members
• Represent Hitchhiker Brewing Co. with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

Qualifications

• PA RAMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• 21+ years of age

Schedule & Availability 

• Part-time evenings and weekends required
• Ability to pick up additional shifts as needed
