Hitchhiker Brewing Co. is seeking a full time Delivery Driver & Packaging Associate. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail in a fast paced work environment. The position will have a split in responsibilities of approximately three days of beer deliveries and two days of packaging and other brewery operational tasks.

Job Duties

• Deliver beer to accounts and stock beer in Mt Lebanon and Sharpsburg tap rooms
• Prepare, Plan, facilitate, and update wholesale deliveries daily
• Assist with packaging, cleaning, and other brewing operations tasks
• Maintain Cold Storage organization and inventory
• Maintain and develop healthy and positive relationships with Wholesale Accounts including resolving issues on the fly
• Display a practical understanding of finished product distribution and product rotation/handling
• Help facilitate wholesale growth and sales opportunities
• Attend and participate in staff meetings as required

Qualifications 

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean record. CDL is not required.
• Ability to operate a forklift, forklift certification a plus
• Competent with basic computer functions, Google Drive, Mac, and PC
• Possess a well rounded knowledge and passion for beer and our products
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain healthy communication with all departments and locations Tap Rooms/Production Staff.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability lift 180lbs regularly on a daily basis
